Morris the cat isn’t just your average kitty cat!
He has political aspirations!
Morris is running for mayor of Veracruz’s state capital, Xalapa.
We’re not 100% sure if this cat TRULY has a future in politics, but it’s sure got a lot of supporters! Over 48,000 likes on its Facebook page!
The platform he’s running on is “Xalapa Without Rats,” his campaign slogan.
If he becomes mayor, he promises to make messes on a regular basis but not leave them lying around for others to clean up. Ha!
What’s crazy is he is more liked on Facebook than any other candidate in the election!!
But who will take over if he goes through all nine lives in office? Perhaps Lil Bub the internet celeb cat… or one of those Slow Loris twins perhaps??
Maybe he can even hire Jessica Biel’s intimidating dogs as bodyguards!! LOLz!
