Two awesome actresses in one awesome film?! Yes please!
Last year, it was announced that Sandra Bullock would star in an all-female Ocean’s Eleven film directed by Gary Ross.

On Friday, it was reported that Cate Blanchett is in talks to join this kick-ass flick!
Known by execs as “Ocean’s Ocho”, the Carol star would be playing the Brad Pitt to Bullock’s George Clooney. However, don’t think this film is modeled directly after the 2001 hit. While the dynamic between the two leads is the same, the characters are completely different.
There were rumors that Jennifer Lawrence would also appear, but she may have to bow out due to scheduling issues. Boy, that would’ve been great!
This project is expected to film late fall/early winter.
