All it took was dozens of home invasions and burglaries targeting celebrity homes in the San Fernando Valley — including five attempts on MLB star Yasiel Puig‘s place alone — but cops are finally doing their job!
Per TMZ, it appears that the LAPD has finally realized they ought to ramp up patrols in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles after dozens and dozens of celeb burglaries over the last year.

Puig’s most recent burglary incidents earlier this week were apparently the catalyst for the ramped-up patrols, with cops now having “significantly increased” their presence in the nicer areas of the Valley where so many celeb homes have been hit by burglars.
Who knows if it’ll allow cops to actually, you know, catch the reportedly multiple sophisticated burglary rings that are apparently operating throughout the Valley… but it’s a start!
