Seriously – what did this guy expect from the network that brought us I Love Money?
Celebrity Rehab co-creator and former addict, Bob Forrest, has opened up about his decision to bring the addiction recovery process to reality television, and now claims that if he could go back and do it again, he would never have agreed to do it!
He explains:
“If I had to do it all over again, I don’t think I’d walk into the office and say we should do this show. People were saying rehab is a joke. Rehab is a real thing. I don’t like the editing of it. I don’t like that they show the same thing over and over again. I don’t like what it’s become, technically.”
Well, hey – we don’t doubt that he had good intentions, but unfortunately, we live in a world now in which people will do just about anything to be in the limelight!
If anything, we think he should just be comforted to know that even if that’s why some people are there, receiving treatment – at least at the end of the day, they are! And hopefully, they will be able to receive they help that many of them clearly, clearly need!
