The Anger Management star wants to concentrate on his kiddies.
Charlie explained:
“Scotty and I had a great year together as we traveled the world and crossed a lot of things of our bucket list..She’s a terrific gal, but we’ve mutually decided to go our separate ways and to not spend the rest of our lives together. I’ve decided that my children deserve my focus more than a relationship does right now. I still have tremendous fondness for Scotty and I wish her all the best.”

Though, we wonder why he got down on one knee in the first place. After all, he DID have his troop of children lonnngg before he knew the blondie.
He has always been an unpredictable one, hasn’t he??!
Oh well! We’re sure the babies will be happy!
