Ruh-roh! When Charlotte Church threw the gauntlet down at Katy Perry‘s feet, we bet she didn’t expect this!!!
The 28-year-old Voice of an Angel singer was quite possibly humiliated in her hometown of Cardiff on Tuesday when she put out a call for all of her fans to attend a taping of a music video for her song Little Movements … and only one person showed up!
Even worse, the sole attendee was a PAID EXTRA!
According to reports, Charlotte was then forced to beg passerby’s to be in the vid!! Aww, that’s so sad!
Everyone knows that when you mess with the bull you get the horns, but when you mess with the KatyCats you apparently get CRICKETS!
No, not literal crickets — though you can mail those out to your friends — we’re talking figurative crickets! The sound you hear when you ask your fans to come out and support your music video and they mostly just ignore you!
Of course, we can’t be positive that this relates to her slamming of Katy for supposedly targeting kids with partial nudity, but the timing is suspicious!
Still, we give points to Charlotte for remaining optimistic — after it wrapped, she described the shoot as “a great success.”
