Chelsea Handler has no plans to vote for Spencer Pratt in the upcoming Los Angeles mayoral elections, and she doesn’t want her followers to either! And that has the former reality star pissed!
As you know, Spencer is running for mayor in the city against incumbent Mayor Karen Bass after intense criticism of the response to last year’s horrific wildfires. He has garnered support over the past few months, but not everyone is rooting for him. His own sister Stephanie slammed his campaign. And now so is Chelsea! The comedian took to TikTok on Friday to urge people not to vote for Spencer, saying:
“Oh, hi, if you’re seeing this video, this is a reminder that a straight, white male [who is a] former reality star that has no previous experience in government should not be a legitimate political candidate. Have we learned anything yet?”
And Chelsea made it crystal clear who she is talking about! As she talked, she flashed pictures of both Spencer and President Donald Trump on the screen! The former talk show host added:
“The bar is on the f**king floor, people. And I need you to jump over it. OK, thank you, have a nice day!”

If you have watched Spencer over the years, you know he is not afraid of confrontation! The Hills alum fired back at Chelsea with a video of comedian Shane Gillis saying she attended a dinner at late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s home in 2010 during Kevin Hart‘s recent roast on Netflix! In it, the SNL alum joked that Chelsea partied not only with Epstein but also with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew, and Woody Allen. Spencer then added in the caption:
“Most of you have probably never heard of Chelsea Handler, so here’s an introduction!”

Now Chelsea has previously addressed the 2010 dinner with Epstein. She explained on Rob Lowe’s Literally! podcast in February 2021, saying that she went with Katie Couric to the disgraced financier’s house “a long time ago.” To give you a timeline, this would have been way after his original sex trafficking investigation and subsequent sweetheart deal. So, his crimes were already out there! But Chelsea said she didn’t stay “for very long” at the event, adding:
“When we got there, I was like, ‘What is this gathering?’ Oh yeah, Prince Andrew was there with — no, with no one. He was there with Jeffrey Epstein. Yeah, we had dinner, and it was so awkward and so weird. I was like what are we doing here?”
Chelsea insisted that dinner was the only time she ever crossed paths with Epstein:
“I’ve never been on the private island, and I’ve never been on his plane. I’ve met him one time, and that was the time.”
We mean, at least she owned up to it! Chelsea hasn’t responded to Spencer’s clapback yet! We’ll see if this online war will continue!
