Chloë Moretz was gifted peace of mind this holiday season.
A judge just granted the 20-year-old actress a permanent restraining order against her stalker.
Earlier this month, Chloë ran to court demanding protection from Terry Daniel Quick after he allegedly confronted her, followed her and boyfriend Brooklyn Beckham to a concert, and even trailed her back to her LA home.

On Wednesday, the judge signed off on the order that will require Quick to stay at least 100 yards away from the Carrie star for three years.
According to the legal docs obtained by TMZ, this order also protects Chlo├â┬½’s mother Teri and her brother Trevor, who answered the door when Quick showed up at their home.
