Chris Brown might or might not have assaulted a girl at a nightclub, but that’s the least of his worries now!
The singer has been CHARGED in connection with an alleged hit and run accident!
We weren’t sure what was going on with this sitch, but it seems reports of Breezy being totes responsible in handling the matter might not be so true.
Instead, he’s been charged with leaving the scene without exchanging proper information and driving without a valid license. And each charge is punishable with up to six months in jail.
But still, those are the least of his worries! Breezy’s case is reportedly going to be turned over to the L.A. County D.A. to determine whether or not this is a probation violation since he’s STILL on probation for the Rihanna incident!
And that could result in four years in jail!
We’ve gotta say, if he’s found guilty of rear-ending the other vehicle and not exchanging proper info before leaving then it sounds like a major violation of probation.
Breezy, might want to start getting used to the color orange.
