Another legal battle looms for Chris Brown!
The rapper is allegedly not paying child support (again) to baby momma Nia Guzman in order to help support daughter Royalty, and so Guzman is headed back to court to ask that he cough up what she believes she is owed!

According to The Blast, Guzman claims that Brown was ordered back in February to pay nearly $18,000 in back child support, and he hasn’t coughed up that money yet — let alone get back on time with payments to stay ahead of the game.
In court documents, Guzman’s attorneys blast Breezy for the delays, writing in part (below):
“[Chris Brown] has repeatedly engaged in conduct that dramatically increased the cost of litigation. He has ignored deposition notices, offered to participate in mediation in a court hearing then failed to even respond to potential mediation dates when proposed, and ignored settlement offers altogether.”
Wow!!!
Guzman even takes it a step further, noting that Brown’s lack of support here allegedly has created “a great hardship” for both her and Royalty, because she is not able to work and thus relies on support from him, due to the fact that he’s “an admitted extraordinary high earner.”
No kidding — Nia herself claims that Breezy makes as much at $7.5 million per year, which is a nice little pile of change. Surely he can find $18K in that salary and pass it along to his baby momma and their daughter, right?! You’d think, at least…
It’s not just the eighteen grand that Guzman is seeking, though — she alleges that Brown has been bad about child support payments pretty much from day one, and he now owes her exactly $258,285.24 in back support. Suddenly, with those numbers rising quickly, so too must Breezy’s blood pressure! Yikes!!!

Guzman is also asking for sanctions and “the value of housing that [Brown] agreed to supply,” so something tells us even that $250K number is far from the final one.
Regardless, the case is being made again and again that Breezy is a dead beat dad — and one way for him to clap back against that accusation would be to, ya know, pay up on the child support owed. We’ll see if he makes it right with Nia, and/or if this particular court filing goes anywhere, but something tells us we haven’t heard the last from these two here.
