Reported woman beater Chris Brown has another legal dilemma on his hands!
While awaiting trial on felony assault charges and making criminal threats for his alleged abuse toward Rihanna, Brown’s getting sued!
Photographer Robert Rosen is suing Brown due to an alleged beating inflicted by Brown’s bodyguard earlier this month in Los Angeles while attempting to take pictures of the singer at a Universal City gym.
The new charges include assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence as the photog claims to have fallen down the stairs while being chased by Brown’s bodyguard.
No harm was caused by Chris Brown directly.
That would be a first!
“This is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday. He’s done this before and lost,” stated Mark Garagos, Brown’s attorney, referring to Rosen’s similar lawsuit against actor Pierce Brosnan in 2007.
We’ll see!
For someone who is “not a monster,” Chris Brown sure has a lot of haters!
