Clearly, Chris Brown and D.C. do not mix well, and in fact, Breezy is trying to stay away from our Nation’s capitol, and it’s not because the Washington Memorial fills him with rage!
We reported earlier how Chris was ordered to 90 days of rehab after allegedly tossing a rock through the windshield of his mom’s car!
Uh, well, that’s one way to have a smash hit…
However, there’s a slight legal conundrum afoot! Chris’ presence is required for his D.C. hearing, since it’s a misdemeanor case, on Monday, but he’s also required to stay in rehab!
Ugh, he’s totally stuck between a rock and a windshield on this one!
Chris’ lawyer Mark Geragos has tried asking the prosecutors involved with the assault case if they were okay with Chris not showing up to court, but alas, they were not!
Now, Mark has filed legal documents asking the D.C. judge to give Chris a pass on showing up to his hearing. No word yet if the judge will let him stay in rehab, or telecommute via hologram (if Tupac isn’t using it, of course).
Wow, Chris has a full dance card when it comes to his legal matters! The judicial system should just give him court side seats!
