In fact, the snap (above) is the first CLEAR pic of the 23-year-old at the event since news broke of Miley/Liam’s hangout session. And it appears that the ladies are especially tight, as they were also photographed (below) with their friends at the local boutique Spell and The Gypsy Collective.
