Whether it’s the scarf-turned-top, the micro-mini jean skirt, or hooker-style boots, everthing about this outfit is SCREAMING for attention for all the wrong reasons.
There’s bound to be some boo boos on this year’s red carpet, but we hope the celebs take a minute to reflect on the past to learn from other’s mistakes.
