CrossFit champion, Christmas Abbott just joined NASCAR‘s pit crew, and we’re soooo excited because she’s the FIRST female to work at this level!!
Miz Abbott was recruited by the Michael Waltrip Racing Team, and while she was working in Clint Bowyer‘s pit during the Sprint Cup Series race on Sunday, she revealed:
“They put an air gun in my hand, one of those front tire changers, and let me change tires for a day and that was it. After I tried it, I figured that’s what I wanted to do. I wanted to play.”
And just like that, Christmas made history!!
