Colton Haynes Opens Up About His Crippling Anxiety Disorder

We couldn’t be prouder of Colton Haynes!
On Tuesday, the Arrow actor took to Twitter to open up with his fans about his longtime struggle with anxiety. Hey — celebrities, they’re just like us!
The touching admission all started when the Teen Wolf alum share an article about the disorder that cripples reportedly 18% of the world’s population. Whoa!
