Jacqueline Falk, the adopted daughter of Columbo actor Peter Falk, has tragically died. According to reports from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner obtained by multiple outlets, the 60-year-old was found deceased in her Los Angeles apartment on Monday. The manner of her death was ruled a suicide. The investigation is still ongoing. Heartbreaking.

Jacqueline was one of two adoptions Peter had with his first wife, Alyce Mayo. As you know, Peter died back in 2011 after a battle with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. Alyce passed away in 2016. Jacqueline is survived by her adoptive sister, Catherine Falk.
