Common Does Free Show To Benefit Homeless Youth

Common, ahmayzing rapper, was in Chicago recently.
He was there welcoming Virgin Mobile’s first flagship retail store into the neighborhood.
He participated in the From the Ground Up benefit which helps to battle youth homelessness.
What a great cause!
The Night Ministry, a Chicago-based organization that helps fight homelessness, benefitted from a concert that Common and Virgin Mobile put on later that night.
So great that Common put on a show where all the ticket sales went to charity. The youth of Chicago must’ve really appreciated it.
Helping his home city must feel so good.
