Conan O'Brien Gets Major Bucks For NY Apartment

Someone is movin’ on up!
Conan O’Brien has sold his NY duplex for $25 million, which is one of the highest prices paid for a Manhattan apartment in 2010.
Head of Discovery Communications David Zaslav is reportedly the new owner of Conan’s seven bedroom, 8 1/2 bathroom NY pad, located at the Majestic on Central Park West.
Even though Conan is starting his new TBS talk show this November in El Lay, we always thought Coco kept his heart in New York City? Does this mean he’s planning on a permanent stay in the City of Angels?
