Uh oh… This resurfaced Anna Kendrick interview does not help Katy Perry‘s case!
As Perezcious readers know, the pop star is currently under investigation by Australian police after Ruby Rose accused her of sexual assault at a nightclub in Melbourne in 2010, filing a police report about the matter this week. Katy has denied the accusations.
But now, fans are taking a deeper look into Katy’s past, and what they’ve found isn’t great!
Back in 2014, the Pitch Perfect star was on Conan O’Brien‘s talk show discussing her time running into Beyoncé at the Grammys that year. But then she made a totally “unplanned” admission about the Firework star, laughing:
“Katy Perry finger-banged my cleavage. It was a weird night.”
Wait, what?!

Conan was in complete shock as Anna continued:
“She’s very mature.”
The host wondered if the musician “just does that,” to which the 40-year-old teased:
“My dress, I was kinda asking for it. If nobody had done it, I would’ve been a little sad.”
Of course, that joke doesn’t land well in a post #MeToo world. This is the dress she was wearing at the music event, by the way:
Gorg! But not at all an invitation to be “finger-banged”!!
The comedian wasn’t ready to just brush aside the shocking reveal, adding:
“Paint the scene. So you’re standing still and Katy Perry walks by and [makes noise and points finger in a downward motion]?”
The Trolls star recalled:
“I have met her before, and she’s like … she’s aggressive. I like it.”
At least she was fine with it — but she says she was cool with it after the fact! It’s definitely not something that would fly today. Watch:
Katy hasn’t commented on this resurfaced clip at this time. Think this kind of commentary will prove problematic for her as the investigation continues?? Let us know (below).
