Now here’s where the shiz will hit the fan!
Earlier this morning, we reported that investigators sent off a subpoena to MTV requesting the unedited video footage of Teen Mom star Amber Portwood attacking her baby daddy Gary for their assault investigation. The network had 30 days to hand over the tape, but they were a bit more prompt than that.
As of right now, sources say the police are in possession of the tapes and are reviewing them for evidence.
Basically, they are hoping to find out exactly what went on between the couple and if their child, Leah, witnessed the fight. If she did, Amber faces felony domestic violence charges.
We’re sure we’ll know soon enough if that is the case, but even if it isn’t, we sincerely hope this is a wake up call for this girl. She sorely needs one!
