These country singers don’t mess around!
Country singer John Rich, of the duo Big & Rich, has turned himself in to Nashville police to face the charges filed by a former contestant on Nashville Star, Jared Ashley.
The singer was charged with two misdemeanor counts of assault and one misdemeanor count of harassment.
This doesn’t really help the guy as Rich sued Ashley last April for falsely accusing Rich of hitting Ashley in the face. Rich turned down a settlement of $2.9 million and wanted to bring the case to trial.
Good job, buddy!
Now, you’ve got no case and no $3 million.
