This is just so sad!
It’s been mere days since it was confirmed that Backroad Anthem frontman Craig Strickland was in fact dead after being missing for nearly a week.
However, it appears that the singer’s wife, Helen, has a touching memorial planned for her late husband. On Thursday, Miz Strickland took to Instagram to share with Craig’s fans and loved ones that the memorial service will be live-streamed. This decision means everyone can be apart of the poignant goodbye.

The event is currently scheduled for January 12 at 6 p.m. at the Cross Church Pinnacle Hills Campus in Rogers, Arkansas. On the social media site, she elaborated:
“It is not what we intend our lives to be, but what He intends for our lives.” (C.S. Lewis) Well Craig Michael, looks at what amazing things God intended for your life. I am so proud of you and the impact you have had on this world. To all reading this message, you are invited to join our family at Craig’s memorial service either at CrossChurch or via webcast (website listed above). We can’t imagine what the former Miss Arkansas is currently going through. Still, it seems as though the brunette beauty has been able to keep her composure.
This update comes shortly after Helen’s first TV interview surrounding her tragic loss. Our hearts go out to Craig’s loved ones during this particularly hard time.
