Cuba Suspends All Mail To The U.S.

Oh boy.
Cuba has indefinitely suspended all mail to the U.S. on Friday, which extends a ban that was announced in November.
Cuba’s mail service, Correos de Cuba, made an announcement, saying, “Until further notice, we cannot continue to accept any type of delivery.”
This includes all types of correspondence, including packages, letters, and postcards.
The suspension of mail occurred after the U.S. applied stricter anti-terrorism measures to mail deliveries from many countries, including Cuba. This increased the number of letters and packages being returned, making the service more costly.
This certainly won’t improve relations between the two countries who have been enemies fore more than half a century.
