D4vd has entered a plea on the heels of his arrest for the murder of Celeste Rivas.
On Monday, the Romantic Homicide singer was officially charged with first-degree murder with special circumstances in the homicide of missing 14-year-old Celeste Rivas. Additionally, he was charged with lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14, and mutilating a body. If convicted, the death penalty is on the table… But the 21-year-old is already fighting back.

After his formal charges were announced, D4vd pleaded not guilty to his charges in connection with Celeste’s death. Furthermore, his defense team demanded a preliminary hearing within the next 10 days… which seems to be a strategic move as TMZ reported earlier the LAPD had grown tired of waiting around and decided to arrest the singer last Thursday, believing they already have more than enough evidence against him. So now, the prosecution has a short window to get ALL their evidence and witnesses in order, or else the case could be dismissed.
