Gossip Girl co-stars and real-life lovebirds Penn Badgley and Blake Lively spent a romantical and spirited evening together at New York City restaurant Tortilla Flats on Monday night.
A spywitness tells us, “They were with a red-headed friend, but she didn’t seem to get in the way of the lovey-dovey moments: cuddling, Penn kissing Blake on her forehead, putting their arms around each other. Not gross, though…just totally cute.”
They even participated in the group Bingo being played in the restaurant.
Sounds like fun!
