When Victoria Beckham smiles, the world stops — and her family stops to make fun of her!
The Spice Girls member stunned fans on Tuesday when her 15-year-old son Cruz posted a pic of himself standing alongside the fashion designer as she was — believe it or not — smiling for the camera!
It was a shocking sight, seeing as the star is known for always sporting a posh pout in photos, whether it’s on the red carpet or a magazine cover. Seeing Victoria Beckham smile is like seeing a dog walk on its hind legs or seeing any trace of emotion on Queen Elizabeth’s face: it’s just simply unnatural.
So that’s probably why David Beckham couldn’t resist mocking her for it!

The soccer star hilariously made fun of his wife for looking like Ross from Friends in the pic, which showed her rocking a deep bronzed tan and luminous white teeth. He wrote:
“How white are mum’s @victoriabeckham teeth ? it’s Ross from friends.”
Ha, burn!
As Friends fans surely know, the male model was referencing the sixth season of the beloved sitcom where Ross Geller (David Schwimmer) prepares for a date by whitening his teeth — and accidentally makes them comically white.
Cruz also poked fun at his mother in the caption of the pic, which showed them both in white robes, writing:
“Apparently my mum does smile.”
Apparently!
Victoria addressed her lack of public smiling back in September during an interview with Glamour magazine, telling the glossy that she was partly hiding behind her iconic pout.
She said:
“I want to be honest. In the past, I’ve probably hidden behind my armour, the not smiling publicly, for instance. There’s less of that now… There’s something really liberating about embracing who I am at 45-year-old and owning it, feeling confident, feeling content.”
If you ask us, it’s a good look — despite David’s critique!
According to reports, the couple have been quarantining with each other at their family estate, along with Cruz, daughter Harper, and their 17-year-old son Romeo. Meanwhile, their eldest son Brookyln, 21, has been isolating across the pond in New York City with his actress girlfriend Nicola Peltz.
When he hasn’t been publicly teasing his wife, David’s been keeping busy by spending quality time with his kiddos. On Monday, the former athlete posted a pic of himself venturing out with Romeo and Cruz for a walk across the countryside near their property.
He shared:
