David Beckham: Meeting Barack Obama Was One Of The Best Moments Of My Life

David Beckham said that meeting President Barack Obama was one of the best moments of his life.
Becks and the rest of the Los Angeles Galaxy met with the POTUS to celebrate their MLS Cup win.
During the meeting, Obama made jokes about Beckham’s age and his underwear line.
Loving every moment, Becks said:

“It was one of the best moments of my life. I had such a busy week and I arrive at the White House to meet the President and the First Lady, and he gives me a lot of stick and gives my underwear a plug; it was perfect.”

The busy week he’s referring to is having a soccer game in California then having to go to Athens to get the Olympic torch.
Speaking of Olympics, he hopes to play for the U.K.’s Team GB, saying:

“No news yet, I’ve got to keep myself fit and in form and hopefully I’ll have a chance.”

You’re David Beckham. We’re pretty sure you’ll have more than a chance.
