Another day, another controversy…
Earlier this week, Netflix dropped the trailer for its new show Dear White People based on the 2014 film of the same name. In the 30-second clip, the narrator politely asks White people to stop using blackface as part of their Halloween costumes.

Almost immediately, several Twitter users called the show “anti-White” and “racist” and have subsequently deleted their subscriptions in protest.
