The X Factor judge apparently spotted Gwyneth Paltrow, but instead of saying hello Demi tweeted:

BUT, the icing on this alreaedy SWEET cake?
Not only did Mz. Lovato chat to an old friend, she was then SOUGHT OUT by the woman she was trying to avoid for fear of infection (LOLz) AKA Gwynnie… who then requested a picture!
Demi tweeted the pic, along with the message:
GAAAHH!!
Annnnndd we’re SPENT from an overload of adorable.
