According to TheShadeRoom, a source close to the Cool for the Summer singer confirmed she checked herself into a facility in Hawaii last week.

The report claims Demi was doing fine up until the social media attacks over her 21 Savage comment pushed her back over the edge.
Demi was in rehab for three months last year, from August to November, after a near-fatal drug overdose at a party.
