Although she recently ALMOST had a relapse, Dems is now stronger than ever, all thanks to the great company she keeps.

On the first day of 2015, Demi shared a photo of herself at the beginning of 2014 and one towards the end of the year on Instagram, with a very heartfelt and inspiring caption.
