Back to court they go!
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Denise Richards is taking Charlie Sheen in front of a judge to try to force her ex to pay up on some missed child support payments for the former couple’s two daughters, 15-year-old Sam Sheen, and 14-year-old Lola Sheen.
OK, quite a LOT of missed payments. To the tune of $450,000!

Per the filing, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star claims:
“[Charlie] has squandered over $24,000,000 from the sale in his interest in Two and a Half Men to pay his personal debts and to support his extravagant lifestyle at the expense of support payments for his children.”
Charlie blew 24 mil??
Yikes!
Apparently, Sheen hasn’t paid up since 2016, when she also sued him for allegedly backing out of an agreement to provide her and their daughters housing and financial support:
“During the time frame since our last stipulation/order in 2016 he has failed to pay $450,000 in support while diverting over $600,000 in assets to adult family members and converting thousands of dollars into cash for his own personal use.”
But despite the claims, Richards does not dish which family members Charlie is reportedly working with to “divert” the money, nor does she elaborate on any evidence to prove his wrongdoing.
As we previously reported, in a recent episode of RHOBH, the Bravo-lebrity looked back on the mistakes during their marriage from June 2002 to November 2006:
“It’s surreal when you start to see your kids become adults. It makes me cry… I just feel like I f**ked up a lot with their dad. I don’t want them to look back at their childhood and remember [arguments].”
The 48-year-old added:
“My girls have been through a lot… How I chose to relate to the dysfunction that was going on with their father was to hide it from the kids. I don’t know if I did a disservice or not… It just made me realize how fast it goes. Life is so short and their childhood is so short.”
New husband Aaron Phypers comforted her by saying:
“You protected them from a lot. You did the best you could.”
Seems like more of the same issues for these two that they’ve been having for years…
