Well this is admirable, so to speak.
Denise Richards was presented with a unique and interesting opportunity to get a little extra work for herself while also being able to stick it to her ex-husband.
We’ve just learned that Denise was offered a role to appear on the on the premiere episode of Two and a Half Men. Taking things a step further, Chuck Lorre approved inviting Denise for a guest-starring role during Ashton Kutcher’s debut. He too knows a little bit about revenge and having Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife be on the show he was fired from would really twist the knife in Charlie’s back.
However, rather than stoop to the boy’s level, Denise declined the offer, insisting to friends that she would never heard the end of it from Charlie and that he would make her life simply unbearable. This was a smart move, seeing as she has children of this man. Every weekend, every holiday, every time she saw him if she had said yes would have been nothing but getting bashed for taking the job. No one needs that in their life. She did what was right by her family, her daughters especially, and her own peace of mind. No one can begrudge her that.
Then again, Charlie is going to see this as one WINNING moment for himself, won’t he? Eh….
