The rumors are true!!!
After months of speculation, Kohl’s has confirmed Derek Lam will be the second designer to collaborate on the department store’s limited-edition DesigNation collection!
Unlike Narciso Rodriguez, who traveled to Instanbul for inspiration, Lam flew to Rio de Janeiro.
Hmm. That sounds familiar.
Derek explained:
“Rio de Janeiro is a city that bridges the old with the new, where you can├óΓé¼Γäót separate what is natural from what is man-made/ This DesigNation collection with Kohl├óΓé¼Γäós serves as an ally to modern women, embracing the spirit of Rio and providing beautiful, inspired clothing at an affordable price.”
In terms of affordability, Lam’s offerings of swimwear, dresses, skirts, pants, capris, shorts, tank tops, shirts and outerwear will range in price from $36 to $98 when it debuts in April of next year.
Will U be picking up Derek’s DesigNation designs???
