Nicollette Sheridan Lawsuit Shocker! Desperate Housewives Employee Claims Conspiracy To Cover Up Evidence!

Wow! We didn’t see this coming!
In a surprise development regarding Nicollette Sheridan‘s wrongful termination lawsuit against ABC and Marc Cherry, the Desperate Housewives actress’ attorney, Mark Baute, revealed a voice-mail he received from an anonymous “low-level” employee of the series. The employee claimed to have mistakenly received an e-mail which indicated that the studio was going to wipe all of the hard drives of their computers clean to erase evidence that her exit was premeditated, and NOT for creative reasons!
According to the voicemail:

“I├óΓé¼Γäóm an employee of Desperate Housewives. I received an email soon after Nicollette filed suit; I think it was meant for a much narrower distribution, but it regarded having IT come in and wipe clean the hard drives of the producers in response to the correspondence that they├óΓé¼Γäóve had about firing Nicollette. Um, I think I got it by mistake; I believe they were going to have the Disney IT person come in to do the sweeping of the hard drive. That├óΓé¼Γäós about all I know; you obviously can check this number and figure out who I am but I really don├óΓé¼Γäót want to get involved. I├óΓé¼Γäóm a real low level employee there and I shouldn├óΓé¼Γäót have got that email, I├óΓé¼Γäóm on the general email list. But there was definitely a conspiracy to cover up the correspondence on email wise in regards to Nicollette.”

However, defense attorney Adam Levin contends:

├óΓé¼┼ôWe’ve presented a number of different witnesses all testifying that the decision to kill Edie Britt was made long before September, 2008. Today’s antics by the plaintiff, conjuring up mysterious emails, appears to be a last ditch effort save to her case. At the 11th hour we saw the plaintiff handing out transcripts and it all seemed very orchestrated.├óΓé¼┬¥

Wow. All we can say is that this trial just keeps getting juicier and JUICIER!
And that just makes us all the more curious to find out who’s going to win!
