The Showtime hit has just announced a new character being thrown into the mix for season 8 — an unorthodox shrink played by Charlotte Rampling.
The Never Let Me Go star has been in movies for four decades, but she has only done a handful of TV episodes, including a stint on the British spy series The Avengers.
Wait, a shrinking Avenger? Are you sure you don’t mean Ant-Man?
Nah, that would be too far-fetched for Dexter, the story of a fictional town called Miami where everyone is a serial killer or the victim of a serial killer! LOLz
Also joining Michael C. Hall this season will be Boondock Saint Sean Patrick Flanery.
If it feels like the last season just ended, it’s because the new season is returning early! We can expect the killing to recommence in June!
