Diddy has been hit with another lawsuit while behind bars amid his ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering case.
In a lawsuit filed and obtained by TMZ on Friday, a woman identified as Jane Doe claims the 54-year-old music mogul repeatedly sexually assaulted her for four years and impregnated her at one point. Brace yourselves for some disturbing details. The victim, repped by attorney Joseph L. Ciaccio, claimed she first met Diddy in the fall of 2020 while overseas and then was invited to an all-expenses paid trip by him.
From there, the pair continued to see each other. The woman said she often visited the rapper at his homes in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, and other locations between 2021 and 2022. However, the anonymous woman did not meet up with him willingly. She claimed Diddy and his team used “coercive and harassing language” to get her to agree, even sending drivers to her home to make her feel like she had no choice but to go see Diddy.

While with the Bad Boy Records founder, what the woman experienced was horrific. According to the lawsuit, Diddy spiked her alcoholic beverages to make her do what he wanted. When she was at his home in Los Angeles in April 2022, she says, Diddy forced her to have sex. Jane Doe claimed it was so rough she sustained physical injuries from her encounters. In a spring 2022 visit, for example, the suit noted she had purple bruises as well as a bite mark on her feet. She does not even remember how she got those wounds. OMG.
And there is more from there, sadly. The woman further accused Diddy of forcing her to take ketamine and other drugs in July 2022, resulting in her blacking out. It was after that alleged assault that she became pregnant. Jane Doe alleged one of Diddy’s associates repeatedly called her to harass her to get an abortion. But ultimately, she didn’t have to make that choice. Amid the harassment campaign, she suffered a miscarriage.
After her pregnancy loss, the woman said she tried to stay away from Diddy. However, he continued to harass her with calls and text messages until she eventually agreed to see him, which went on through July 2024. During this time, Jane Doe said she was afraid for her safety, as she witnessed the Coming Home artist allegedly slap and abuse other women. She also claimed he tracked her location and monitored her conversations. Per the suit, Diddy still contacts her to attempt to control and intimidate her to this day.
Well, presumably up until his arrest anyway…
The woman said she suffered trauma, financial injury, and physical injury and is now seeking an unspecified amount in damages. At this time, a representative for Diddy has not addressed the latest allegations. But as you know, multiple people have filed similar lawsuits against Puff ever since ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura accused him of rape and abuse throughout their decade-long relationship in November 2023. Definitely more of a he said, a great many of them said now.
What a terrible situation. Our hearts just break for Jane Doe and all of the other victims who suffered at the hands of Diddy…
