Diddy's Attorney Says THIS Is The 'Roughest Part' Of Rapper's Current Predicament -- Seriously?!

Diddy‘s attorney needs to stop talking to the media altogether or something… because this dude’s interviews just ain’t it!

Remember, late last month, Marc Agnifilo tried to explain Diddy having all that baby oil and lube being found in the raid on his home, saying the rap music mogul had gone on a Costco run. The internet immediately dunked on Agnifilo for that mind-blowingly ludicrous comment. Even Costco dunked on him! And longtime Diddy critic Katt Williams also had a ton of stand-up fun at Agnifilo’s expense!

Now, the high-priced lawyer is back for more. But if he’s trying to elicit sympathy for his client — who is currently being detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York after being denied bail multiple times on charges related to sex trafficking, racketeering, and more — it ain’t working!

As we reported on Thursday, a federal judge has just set a trial date in Diddy’s sex crimes case: May 5, 2025. In the immediate aftermath of that announcement, Agnifilo walked outside the federal courthouse in Manhattan and started talking to reporters. During the press conference, he was asked about Diddy’s ongoing incarceration at MDC Brooklyn. And this is what the lawyer had to say about the Bad Boy Records founder’s current status:

“I think the food’s probably the roughest part of it.”

Uh, excuse us! What?! THE FOOD??

Not the shame over the horrific allegations against him, nor the dozens more alleged victims still waiting in the wings?? Not the awful situation Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura went through, something that’s forever captured on video for the world — and his daughters — to see? Not the very real possibility that the music mogul is looking at a lifetime behind bars should he be convicted at trial next May? It’s not any of that, it’s the food? Bruh…

Oh, BTW, we’ve come to know quite a bit about the food. And honestly, that part of prison life doesn’t sound rough at all!! Per People, Sean Combs‘ day gets started at 6:00 a.m. with a breakfast of cereal, fruit, and breakfast cake. For lunch, which is served at 11:00 a.m., main courses include either beef tacos, hamburgers, or baked fish. On the weekends, those lunches include scrambled eggs and biscuits. Dinner consists of choices including roast beef, chicken fajitas, and pasta. There’s even a “heart healthy” menu for health-conscious inmates that includes baked beans, lentils, and tofu. And that’s the “roughest part”?! Come on, man!!

Obviously, prison life should not be unjustly cruel for inmates. And the United States as a country has a lot to answer for in how we treat prisoners. But it’s not meant to be a cake walk, either. And besides, those meal options sound pretty reasonable to us, all things considered. We mean, there is literally cake. Just saying!!

BTW, People also divulged new details on Friday morning about Diddy’s court appearance on the previous day. Per the mag, Diddy’s mom flew in from Florida, fresh off her unbelievably tone-deaf statement on the situation. She was physically in the courtroom on Thursday for the hearing, per Agnifilo’s co-counsel Anthony Ricco — as were several of Diddy’s children. An anonymous insider added this tidbit to the news outlet about Thursday’s appearance:

“The kids were very happy to support their father. The whole family was. They are united in their support and he was happy to see them all there.”

Definitely putting a positive spin on things, then.

Now, we’re left to wonder what Puffy had for dinner last night. Did he go with the chicken fajitas or the pasta?! Because one thing he’s clearly not prepared to eat yet is the responsibility for his actions.
