Another accuser claims Diddy forced him to perform oral sex on him — and threatened the future of his career on it! But the allegations get more disturbing than that, if you can believe it…
In court docs obtained by TMZ on Thursday, a Hollywood photographer (who wishes to remain anonymous, for reasons which will become very clear) is suing Diddy for sexual battery. This one is rather more recent than most. He alleges he was on set for a high-profile commercial with the rapper in 2022 or 2023 when he was sexually assaulted.

The photographer claims the musician invited him into his trailer, suggesting it would be a meeting about an opportunity for career advancement. But once the the alleged victim headed in, he quickly realized it was something far more sinister. As soon as they were alone in the trailer, he claims, Diddy started making sexual overtures and unzipping his pants. Combs allegedly told him (paraphrased from memory in the suit):
“If you suck right I’ll make your career take off.”
And the implication was clear — if he didn’t do a good job, his career would be ruined.
The photographer, who identifies as a straight male, said he complied with the oral sex demand under that coercive threat. Once Combs climaxed, it wasn’t over — he degraded the man in a most disgusting way. The alleged victim says Diddy made him hold his semen in his mouth “like a squirrel.” What?? Remember, this man is straight — and none of this was consensual. That must have been so repellant a demand. When the man refused, he was threatened with physical violence and then kicked out of the trailer. Jeez. So awful!
The photographer then had to get right back to work while “grappling not only with the trauma of the situation, but with the knowledge that he had Combs’ semen on and inside of his body.” Oof. We can’t imagine how difficult that must’ve been.
He claims he never heard from Diddy again — but has suffered immeasurable emotional and mental pain and trauma as a result of this incident. He is seeking unspecified damages.
As the embattled star has with all the nasty allegations against him, Diddy’s legal team have denied the new claims on his behalf. In a statement to the outlet, they urged:
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
The statement continued:
“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
This is one of MANY lawsuits Diddy is now facing as he awaits his trial for sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, which will begin in May.
