Rapper DMX‘s legal problems just keep adding up.
As we mentioned earlier this week, a Miami-Dade county judge refused bail for DMX and sent him back to jail for a month.
So on Wednesday, DMX pleaded guilty to attempted cocaine and marijuana possession.
He was sentenced to time served.
As for his lawyer, Bradford Cohen, he says DMX is still in custody, waiting for the Arizona authorities to pick him up as he has to face drug and animal cruelty charges there.
Cohen says if DMX hadn’t plead guilty, he would have had to stay in a Miami jail until October.
One way or another, he’s likely to end up in jail again.
But, for now, he’s free!!!
