Rutgers Football Player's Condition Is Unsure

It is still not clear whether Rutgers football player Eric LeGrand will be completely paralyzed.
Some people only suffer incomplete spinal cord injuries, which allows movement to come back. However it is still too soon to know what type Eric LeGrand is dealing with.
In 2000, freshman Adam Taliaferro was paralyzed after a tackle. Doctors thought he would never walk again, but only four months later he walked out onto the field with his team.
He began the Taliaferro Foundation which offers support for student athletes who suffer serious injuries.
He has reached out to the LeGrand family and hopes Eric will be able to pull through and join his team back out there eventually!
We all do!
Get better Eric, you can do it!
