We can’t imagine how heartless a person must be to abandon a sweet animal.
There’s always a shelter or rescue willing to take a pup!
The Scottish SPCA, Scotland’s Animal Welfare Charity, is trying to track down the jerk that abandoned Kai, a male shar-pei crossbreed.

Kai was found tied to a railing outside of a train station. A suitcase of all his belongs (pillow, toy, food bowl and food) sat by his side.
That is the saddest image ever.
An inspector on the case said:
“We contacted the owner registered to the microchip, who stated they had sold Kai on Gumtree in 2013. Unfortunately they could not tell us the address of the person who bought him. Regardless of the fact Kai was left with his belongings, this was still a cruel incident and we are keen to identify the person responsible.”
Agreed! That is so super cruel!
We hope they find whoever is responsible because if they’re found guilty of abandoning an animal they’ll face potentially being banned from ever owning an animal again.
And that’d be the least they’d deserve.
Let’s hope they find Kai a loving forever home!!!
