Who in the world would steal dogs?!?!?! DESPICABLE!!!
English investigators believe dognapping has increased 17 percent in 2012, as 3,500 doggie thefts were reported last year.
The crazy part? Thieves are getting more ambitious! Instead of just stealing dogs from kennels and shelters, crooks are taking dogs when owners are walking with their pets!!!!

Celebs are even becoming victims, as Sheridan Smith‘s Shar Pei was stolen from her TWICE!!!!
Authorities also state that cocker spaniels are on the rise as victims due to the royal couple’s pooch, Lupo.
Sad….and a majority of these stolen dogs will be sold on the internet….
