DOJ Finally Releases Epstein Files Detailing Allegations Of Brutal SA Of A Minor By Donald Trump After Being Accused Of Withholding Docs

DOJ Caves To Pressure, Releases Epstein Files Detailing Donald Trump Sexual Assault Of A Minor Allegations

[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content]

The Department of Justice has finally released documents pertaining to one of the most horrifying sexual assault allegations levied against Donald Trump in the Epstein files database.

As you might recall, the Department of Justice was previously accused of illegally withholding documents that accused the President of sexually assaulting a minor. Folks noticed that FBI interviews with a survivor appeared to be missing in the Epstein files. Amid mounting pressure on Attorney General Pam Bondi, the DOJ finally shared previously unseen documents on Thursday, including new summaries and notes from interviews with that victim.

As you’ll recall, these interviews come from the woman whose main claim was that when she was around 13 years old in 1983, Trump abused her by forcing her to have oral sex. Her claims, as previously reported, detailed:

“[Trump] subsequently forced her head down to his exposed penis which she subsequently bit. In response, Trump punched her in the head and kicked her out.”

The new documents show that she conducted a series of interviews in 2019 with the FBI, claiming she was a sexual assault victim of Jeffrey Epstein and that she was assaulted by Trump in the ’80s, when she was between the ages of 13 and 15.

The woman first contacted the FBI soon after Epstein was arrested in 2019. She claimed that he assaulted her on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina when she was 13, in or around 1984. They clearly felt her allegations were significant enough because they followed up with three more interviews (though the fourth conversation was abbreviated).

The new files, dated between August and October 2019, per reports, state that Epstein took the woman to New York or New Jersey, where she was introduced to Trump “in a very tall building with huge rooms.” Trump allegedly said he “didn’t like that [she] was a boy-girl,” which the interviewer noted seemed to be that she was a tomboy. While other people were said to be present at the introduction, she couldn’t remember who, and Trump asked them to leave the room, saying “something to the effect of, ‘Let me teach you how little girls are supposed to be,” the notes state.

Trump allegedly unzipped his pants, put her head “down to his penis,” and she “bit the s**t out of it,” which caused him to pull her hair and punch her on the side of the head. He called the others back in, saying, “Get this little b***h the hell out of here.”

Elsewhere in that interview, she alleged she heard Epstein and Trump talking about Epstein blackmailing people and heard Trump “talking about washing money through casinos.”

In another interview, she disclosed she was working with lawyers and “wanted to be upfront” about “her pending civil case in the event the agents determined a conflict of interest could occur.”

She alleged she received physical and verbal threats for years after the abuse. One threatening message was left on a co-worker’s phone that was seemingly intended for her. She believed they were related to Epstein, and “stated under her breath that if it was not Epstein, maybe it was the ‘other one,'” who she identified as the Celebrity Apprentice alum when pressed.

During the final interview, she was questioned again about her allegations with investigators noting she was going after the “current U.S. president.” At this point, she seemed to grow defeated, unsure that justice would ever be served, the interview summary noted:

“[She asked] what the point would be of providing the information at this point in her life when there was a strong possibility nothing could be done about it. The agents asked [her] to go home and take as much time as she needed to think about speaking with the agents further.”

In response to the new files going public, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt slammed the allegations, saying they were “completely baseless accusations, backed by zero credible evidence, from a sadly disturbed woman who has an extensive criminal history.” She added:

“The total baselessness of these accusations is also supported by the obvious fact that Joe Biden’s department of justice knew about them for four years and did nothing with them — because they knew President Trump did absolutely nothing wrong. As we have said countless times, President Trump has been totally exonerated by the release of the Epstein Files.”

Per court filings and DOJ documents viewed by NBC News, the woman actually did file a lawsuit against the convicted sex offender’s estate in 2019, but it ultimately ended in a voluntary dismissal in 2021. The new documents don’t say whether the agents believed the allegations were credible or if they did work to verify them. But they spoke to her for several times, so they didn’t just brush this off! Hmm.

The allegations are truly so horrible…
