Dolce & Gabbana are once again facing tax evasion charges!
In April, a judge cleared the two of all charges, citing there was no foundation for a trial, but that the decision was overturned on Wednesday by Italy’s equivalent of the Supreme Court.
Wow.
Based on the court’s decision, there will now be a new preliminary hearing in front of a new judge.
