Federal Judge Orders December Hearing In Lawsuit Alleging Donald Trump Raped A Child In The 1990s

no title
Everything Donald Trump has done throughout this election — and all the things from before that have only recently come out — are bad, shameful, embarrassing, and combine to make him unfit for President.
What he’s accused of here, though, is truly horrifying and unrepentant — and the allegations are incredibly disturbing.

A Federal Judge in New York has ordered a December hearing on a lawsuit filed by an unnamed woman who claimed that The Donald raped her at a party back in the 1990s when she was 13 years old.
The woman, who filed the suit as “Jane Doe” to protect her identity, is now making her third attempt at this litigation — and this time, she has a witness (“Joan Doe“) who can allegedly corroborate her accusations.
The lawsuit declaration states the facts of the case as told by the witness Joan Doe:

“In the 1994-95 school year, I was told by the plaintiff in Jane Doe v. Trump and Epstein (1:16-cv-04642, SDNY) that the plaintiff was subject to sexual contact by the Defendants at parties in New York City during the summer of 1994.”

And it goes on to describe, in detail, a horrific allegation that involved the girl at a party being raped by Trump when she was barely even a teenager.
At one point, the girl was held down, slapped, and even told afterwards that if she informed anybody of what happened, she would be physically harmed.

The girl alleges that Trump actually sexually assaulted her on four different occasions at these parties — where the girl had been lured by a woman who had said she could help the teenager get into the modeling industry — with a brutal rape and physical assault at the end.
The party, the lawsuit alleges, was one of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein‘s infamous get-togethers.
Trump’s attorney, Alan Garten, told the media:

“As I have said before, the allegations are categorically untrue and an obvious publicity stunt aimed at smearing my client. In the event we are actually served this time, we intend to move for sanctions for this frivolous filing.”

And yet despite Trump’s lawyers wishes, Federal Judge Ronnie Abrams has apparently heard enough to allow the December hearing to proceed.
