Donald Trump is opening up about the White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooting — and he’s PISSED OFF about the suspect’s motive!
As we’ve been reporting, Saturday night’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner resulted in chaos when a gunman breached a security checkpoint. As shots rang out, Secret Service agents rushed in to remove Trump, JD Vance, and other officials from the nearby ballroom. 31-year-old suspect Cole Allen was arrested on the scene. A Secret Service agent, who was wearing a bulletproof vest, was shot and has been released from the hospital. What could’ve been a very bloody night thankfully was stopped before mass destruction could occur. But the whole night has been clouded with controversy — from allegations of very minimal security to questions over the Secret Service’s actions and even Trump’s reaction to it all!

In a lengthy 60 Minutes interview on Sunday night, the Republican opened up about the evening. Addressing concerns over his shockingly slow and clunky removal from the ballroom, Trump blamed himself, insisting he was telling the agents to “wait a minute” so he could watch! He explained:
“I wanted to see what was happening, and I wasn’t making it that easy for them.”
As for claims he fell on the way out, as evidenced in video footage, the 79-year-old said he was told to get to the ground and essentially crawl out of the room. See:

After the shooting, reports surfaced that the suspect had written a “manifesto,” which he sent to several family members, one of whom contacted the police. In it, he detailed how he planned to target administration officials, “prioritized from highest-ranking to lowest,” and authorities “only if necessary.” As for why he was doing it? He said:
“And I am no longer willing to permit a pedophile, rapist, and traitor to coat my hands with his crimes.”
When CBS News correspondent Norah O’Donnell, who was also in attendance at the event, asked Trump what he thought of this motive, he went OFF on her! Truly, we haven’t seen a tantrum like this from him in a while! He argued:
“Well, I was waiting for you to read that because I knew you would because you’re horrible people, horrible people.”
OMG! The woman’s just doing her job! Lay off, bro!
Clearly irritated AF, Donny went on:
“I’m not a rapist. I didn’t rape anybody.”
Norah then chimed in:
“Oh, you think — do you think he was referring to you?”
LMFAO!
She really called him out with that!!
Allen’s manifesto never directly calls Trump the “pedophile, rapist, and traitor.” Sure, it’s implied, but Trump could’ve tried to put the blame on someone else. Instead, he’s totally owning it. Hah!
Interrupting Nora’s questioning, the convicted felon complained:
“Excuse me, excuse me. I’m not a pedophile. You read that crap from some sick person. I got associated with stuff that has nothing to do with me. I was totally exonerated. Your friends on the other side of the plate are the ones that were involved with, let’s say Epstein, or other things.”
Continuing his hissy fit, POTUS groaned on:
“But I said to myself, you know, I’ll do this interview and they’ll probably — I read the manifesto. You know, it was a sick person. But you should be ashamed of yourself reading that because I’m not any of those things. And I was never — excuse me, excuse me! You shouldn’t be reading that on 60 Minutes. You’re a disgrace. But go ahead, let’s finish the interview. … Disgraceful.”
Damn!
As he so clearly points out, HE’S the one who agreed to do the interview. This is the most obvious question he was going to be asked. He could’ve at least prepared a better answer. All this deflecting is just making him look more guilty. Just saying!
And BTW, aside from all the allegations of his sexual abuse in the Epstein files, amid Trump’s defamation case brought forth by E. Jean Carroll, a jury agreed that Trump had committed sexual abuse against her (though they didn’t go so far as to say it was rape). So, to suggest he’s NEVER crossed a line is just false!
