Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel on Wednesday, reversing almost seven decades of U.S. foreign policy on one of the world’s most sensitive diplomatic issues.
The recognition drew criticism from leaders across the globe who saw the decision as a threat to peace in the Middle East. But those who watched the announcement live were focused on something even more disruptive.

Toward the end of his speech, Trump noticeably slurred his words and started slipping into some old man whistle-lisp a la Grandpa Lou in Rugrats.
Late night hosts couldn’t ignore the speech impediment either — Trevor Noah, Stephen Colbert, James Corden, and Neil Patrick Harris (guest hosting for Jimmy Kimmel) all drilled the President for his dental disaster.
