No surprise here. Donald Trump wishes we could just go back to the good ol’ days before accused sexual assaulters were “guilty until proven innocent.”
POTUS sounded off on the #MeToo movement on Tuesday when asked about the allegations against his Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Like his son Donald Jr., Donnie thinks it’s a “scary time” for young men in America. The way he sees it, a man can be “perfect” his whole life, but is now suddenly labeled “guilty” the second he’s accused of something.
Watch the clip (below) to hear his nauseating take on the culture impact of #MeToo.
Trump: "It is a very scary time for young men in America, where you can be guilty of something you may not be guilty of. … This is a very difficult time. What's happening here has much more to do than even the appointment of a Supreme Court justice." https://t.co/kIXNFJbqdH pic.twitter.com/bHbUnhf8JL

Ugh. His logic is utterly demeaning to the victims of sexual misconduct, but it’s exactly the type of narrow-minded garbage we’d expect from the man who was accused of sexual assault and still became president.
Not even the angriest #MeToo advocates are dialing it straight to guilty. We’re calling for trials, police investigations, and Supreme Court hearings to prove these assault victims’ claims are VALID. Don’t try to ruin it, Donnie.
If he’s scared, it’s only of the truth.
